People need to exercise. Our bodies thrive on movement and quickly degenerate without it. An emerging field of inactivity research suggests that sitting is actually lethal. Most people sit all day at a job, and researchers estimate that people who sit too much are easily shaving a few years off their lives.

If you sit all day at a desk, be sure to get up every hour or so and stretch, walk around your office or even consider a standing desk.

When it comes to working out, the challenge is to find the types of exercise you enjoy most and then adapt and build them into your life.

Something interesting I’ve noticed is people’s inclination to choose exercise that aggravated their current condition. In gyms, the bulky, aggressive people tend to lift weights, which makes them even more bulkier and aggressive.
Yoga classes are often full of delicate, vegetarian-type people who would probably be grounded and strengthened by doing some weightlifting, just as a yoga class would lighten weightlifters.

I am a big proponent of creating balance, and exercise is a great way to do that.

Different forms of exercise will give you different types of energy, and by listening to your body you can find the movement that will work best for you.

👉🏼Scientists used data from the National Health and Nutritional Examination Study, or NHANES, to analyze the eating habits of more than 16,000 volunteers. It turns out that respondents who’d eaten at least one hot red chili pepper a month reduced their risk of death by 13 percent, from 33.6 percent to 21.6 percent.

So many factors play a part in you being here today: a delayed train, an extra cup of tea or coffee, the number of seconds your parents took to cross the street and so on. This is chaos theory... Sensitivity... Mathematics...

You are here. And every choice you have made has led to right now, doing whatever it is that you are doing today. There is also a reason why you are reading this post too ;)

While you exist, every movement and moment matters; If you were to play it all in rewind, you will realize that some bad choices led you to the best days of your life. So let them go. Change will come even if you are standing still. Trust your gut. Trust the energy. Trust everything that is happening around you.

Every person you meet has its own butterfly effect on you. Just like the genetic code of the caterpillar, waiting to be realized. In the dark isolation inside his chrysalis, there are his beautiful chaotic wings, and once they start flapping, flowers will bloom and hurricanes will be created.
